Tansterne Fishery and this website; by entering Tansterne Fishery or using this

Tansterne Fishery Complex Terms and Conditions
General Terms
Tansterne Fishery means: the owner of Tansterne Fishery, the manager
of Tansterne Fishery, anyone employed by or related to Tansterne
Fishery
ban means: to refuse entry to or upon the land of Tansterne Fishery
permanently.
These Conditions apply to all persons fishing, visiting or entering
Tansterne Fishery.

Right of Refusal
Tansterne Fishery reserves the right to refuse anyone entry if, on
arrival, management reasonably considers that the person is under
the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening,
abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner, or any other valid reason
at the discretion of the management . Such refusal will result in
the forfeit of any monies already paid.
Right to Evict
Tansterne Fishery reserves the right to require a person to leave if
he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other anglers or Tansterne
Fishery staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. Such action
will result in the forfeit of any monies paid with no refunds.
Tansterne Fishery reserves the right to ban any person from entry to
or upon the land of Tansterne Fishery. Such action will result in
the forfeit of any monies paid with no refunds.
Losses, Liabilities, Responsibilities etc.
Tansterne Fishery will not be liable for any loss or damage to any
valuables brought on site by anglers and visitors.
Tansterne Fishery shall not be liable to any person for any loss or
damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of another
angler, visitor or an Act of God.
All persons will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury
they may cause at Tansterne Fishery..
Car owners.
Cars are parked at Tansterne Fishery entirely at the owners risk.
Tansterne Fishery is not liable for any loss or damage caused to any
parked vehicle, unless proven to be caused by the willful misconduct
of Tansterne Fishery.
Safety
Safety is the responsibility of all individuals on site and in the
event of any accident concerning individuals falling into a pond,
suitable flotation devices are available at each pond location. It
is the responsibility of all individuals on site to make themselves
aware of the location of all such safety devices.
